Development can be a risky and challenging process.  Even the best trip up occasionally.  This is not something for the faint of heart or people with a full-time day job.  Moving a project forward requires specialists who understand the financing and development business, and who have years of experience.

We combine personal values, community, flexible design, and sustainable building practices and principles. With over 20 years of development and financing experience, the founder of LiveWell Cohousing are experienced in the details of moving cohousing projects forward.

We are proud to be one of Canada’s first professional development companies focusing on cohousing. In cooperation with other leading cohousing professionals including Charles Durrett, we have established a model for streamlined development of cohousing. Under our model, the group leads the design process and we focus on implementing those design plans.  We remove or reduce significant stresses from cohousing groups.
